Retrospective Dialogue Sheet (A1) by Allan Kelly

Designed by Allan Kelly, this Retrospective Dialogue Sheet was created to guide teams through retrospectives without a facilitator and promote good conversation and discussions during these sessions. The sheet is decorated with questions, quotes, illustrations and space for thinking. 

Typically a team of 3 to 8 will spend between one and two hours working the sheet. They will normally record their thoughts, comments and observations directly onto the sheet. At the end of the retrospective, the sheet may be retained for future reference, hung on a wall, photographed or anything else which the team find helpful.
